Enjoyed the fantastic thermal water pools and spa facilities at this hotel. The separate locations for men and women were a great aspect, providing privacy and relaxation. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, a picturesque landscape of hills and nature. The hotel's location was easy to find and the transport service was very convenient, making it simple to travel to different areas.
The rooms were slightly small and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. , the hotel bar did not serve any alcoholic drinks, which was a disappointment.

I stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a great experience. The location was beautiful, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable sitting area and a dining table. The staff were friendly and even though they didn't speak English, we were able to understand each other without any problems. The hotel also had a lovely spa and wellness center with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and a Turkish bath. The service was excellent and I enjoyed the massage treatments they offered. it was a luxurious and comfortable stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The view from the hotel room was stunning and the thermal water pools were enjoyable. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and taking scenic drives.
The hotel seemed understaffed and service was slow, making for a frustrating stay. the facilities weren't very clean, and some of the amenities were outdated and in need of repair.

The hotel is located in a serene environment with beautiful surroundings, providing a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. Rooms are spacious with a captivating view, and the food provided is good value for money. the thermal facilities and pools are well maintained to provide soothing relief to muscles.
The language barrier can make communication challenging as most of the staff doesn't speak English.
